Which browser does Elliot work on?
Elliot is a Chrome extension and currently works on Google Chrome only. Support for other browsers is on the roadmap.
Does Elliot work on mobile?
Elliot is currently a Chrome desktop extension, so AI capturing happens on desktop only. That said, you can already log into elliotai.co on your phone to view your memories, chat with Elliot, and summarize URLs. Full mobile support — including automatic capture on your phone — is actively being worked on and coming in the near future.
Do I need to be signed into the AI tool for Elliot to capture?
Yes — you must be signed into whichever supported AI tool you are using in order for Elliot to capture, categorize, and summarize your conversations. Elliot works silently in the background as long as you are signed in.
Which AI tools does Elliot support?
Elliot currently captures from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Poe, and Mistral. More platforms will be added over time.
Is there a limit on how many memories I can save?
No — there are no limits. Save as many memories as you want. One subscription, unlimited captures, no restrictions ever.
What happens when my free trial ends?
When your 7-day trial ends, Elliot will prompt you to subscribe for $12 a month to continue. If you choose not to subscribe, your access is paused but your memories are kept safe for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime with no questions asked. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
What happens to my data?
Your memories belong to you. Elliot stores your captured conversations securely and never sells your data to anyone. You can delete individual memories, entire categories, or your full account at any time directly from the app.
